Phenomenally successful music has poured from John's pen causing him to be called one of the greatest living Southern Gospel composers. He wrote the established timeless classic "Learning to Lean" sung by the Blackwood Brothers,George Beverly Shea,and Terry Bradshaw- won Nashville's prestigious Dove award in 1977. John wrote "Love Grew Where the Blood Fell," The Speers,and Ken Copeland-“You're All Invited to My Mansion"by Michael Combs,"Touching Jesus,"a song Jimmy Swaggart has recorded three times. James Cleveland,"Blessen after Blessen," “One Day I Will,"by The Inspirations-, Stamps "Angels Camping All Around Me," recorded by Segos, “Light the Light” recorded by Jeannie C. Riley "Jesus Now More Than Ever,” & " God's Gonna Do It" recorded by Roy Rogers and Dale Evans and many more.
John sang at age 6 at Soldier's Field in Chicago at a Gypsy Smith revival & started preaching at the age of 16. He is a veteran Pastor/ Evangelist.
John and Juda travel as singer/evangelists and live in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
